Marie has stopped by the shop to thank Saibara for repairing one of her tools. Saibara replies that he's happy to have been able to repair it for her. Feel free to bring anything that needs fixing!
While they are chatting, Gray lets out a yelp of pain! The apprentice has hurt himself. Gray tells them it is nothing, but Marie notices that he is bleeding a little bit. Gray insists that he is fine, but Marie tells him to knock it off. She quickly bandages his wound. Gray mutters a small thank you to Marie, but she tells him not to worry about it. Marie suggests that Gray and Saibara stop by the library for a visit someday.

Gray has stopped by the library to browse the bookshelves. Marie notices that he's stopped by and welcomes him to the library. Not many villagers read books, so she is glad to see that Gray has come by for a visit. Gray wonders why there aren't many library guests, as there are lots of interesting books here. Marie is happy to hear his compliment.
She tells him about the novel that she is writing, though she hasn't had anyone read it yet. Marie asks Gray if he would read it and then give his impression of the story. Gray is amazed that Marie is authoring a novel, which makes her blush a little bit. He would love to read Marie's book once it is ready.
