In an era shrouded in darkness, the four crystals that maintain the balance of power begin to weaken. The king of Cornelia faces a crisis as Garland, the traitorous knight, becomes the main antagonist and kidnaps Princess Sara.
A group of four Warriors of Light steps in to help. They embark on a journey to various towns to restore the four crystals. Along the way, they must battle monsters and search for new weapons and armor.
