Sailor Moon, as you must know, is the main character of this game as well as the series. She's a typical crybaby and quite the dolt. Sometimes she doesn't take her role as Sailor Moon seriously, but when push comes to shove, she can be serious at times. She is a very good friend and will help anyone who is in trouble.

Usagi is the Moon Princess, named Princess Serenity, from a thousand years back. In the future, she is “Neo-Queen Serenity”, from her namesake mother “Queen Serenity”. Her love interest is Mamoru, who was Prince Endymion a thousand years ago and is the future King Endymion in Crystal Tokyo. Usagi's dream is to marry Mamoru Chiba and become a loving housewife.

You play as Sailor Moon for almost the duration of the game. She is a good character, but some of her stats are compromising. Her attack is not bad, but the rest of her stats are just average. Her HP and defense, in particular, need some attention. By equipping her with the right Gemstone and/or any other accessory that can do the job, she becomes quite good. Using the MoonCup1, Sailor Moon becomes Super Sailor Moon.
