Dragon Quest IV: Chapters of the Chosen is a classic RPG.  This game employs a distinctive narrative system by dividing the story into five chapters (with the final chapter bringing all characters together). Each chapter features its own main character, allowing players to experience diverse perspectives before diving into the grand main story. Each character has unique abilities and a distinctive personality, such as a powerful female warrior, a clever magician, and a crafty merchant with unique combat tricks. The original version featured an AI system where party members decided their actions in battle autonomously, but in the updated version, players gained full control over their party's actions.
