Kingdom Hearts II is the sequel to Kingdom Hearts (the first game) and Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories, taking place after the events of the first game. The main story follows the adventures of Sora (the main protagonist of the game), Donald Duck, and Goofy as they search for Riku and Kairi, who went missing at the end of the first game. They also battle enemies known as Nobodies and Heartless, along with the return of a mysterious organization called Organization XIII. In this game, Sora receives guidance from King Mickey (Mickey Mouse), and together, they must fight new enemies that threaten various Disney worlds, as well as resolve issues related to memories and the complex realities within the world of Kingdom Hearts.
