Quinn is described as "a displaced Brit who has become powerful in post-apocalyptic Paris as a black marketeer and the owner of the Demimonde, a sexy underground nightclub."[1] Despite his seemingly friendly nature, Quinn has shown an aggressive side, demanding that Isabelle and Laurent stay with him, and roughly reminding Isabelle that he had saved her life. He also apparently has no qualms about being a cheater since he had sex with Isabelle's own sister without much care for the potential consequences of it or about what Isabelle would think. Despite learning that Lily was pregnant with his own child, Quinn coldly suggested abandoning her, although he did genuinely appear to be trying to find Lily a safe place to go rather than just abandoning her completely. He also seemingly betrayed the location of Daryl's group to the Power of the Living Guerriers.
