WALKTHROUGH
In The Walking Dead: No Man's Land, if your survivor's health drops to zero while fighting a Human Enemy, they start bleeding. A bleeding survivor is indicated by a blood drop icon.
A bleeding survivor will lose health at the end of each of your turns until they either run out of health or are healed.
You can heal a bleeding survivor by tapping the medic cross on their portrait. Healing requires one Action Point. Additionally, if your bleeding survivor ends their turn without using any Action Points, they will automatically heal themselves.
Be aware that spiked walkers can also cause your survivors to bleed.
