The story takes place in a small kingdom in the region of Hyrule, which holds something significant called the Triforce, a triangular stone that controls power and wisdom. One day, the great demon king Ganon appeared and stole the Triforce of Power while trying to access the Triforce of Wisdom, which had been divided into eight pieces and hidden throughout Hyrule.
