Mahou Kishi Rayearth, or Magic Knight Rayearth, is a game released on the Game Boy in 1994, developed by Konami. It is based on the popular anime and manga series. The story follows three high school girls who are summoned to a fantasy world to rescue a kidnapped princess. The narrative tracks the characters' journey and the development of their relationships. The characters are diverse and have unique traits: Hikaru Shidou, who wields fire powers; Umi Ryuzaki, who has water powers; and Fuu Hououji, who possesses wind powers.
