His talent allows him to hire Business Partners and get a variety of benefits from them outside of battle.
As a merchant, Partitio can Purchase items from townspeople during the day and Hire people at night in exchange for leaves.
Finally, you can also replenish an ally's BP so they can unleash stronger attacks using Partitio's latent power - "Hoot and Holler".
