Tomb Raider: Chronicles, commonly known as Tomb Raider 5, is the fifth installment in the Tomb Raider series. The game is presented as a retrospective of Lara Croft's past adventures, following the events of Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation, where Lara was left buried beneath ruins in Egypt and presumed dead. Lara’s close friends and associates gather at her memorial service at the Croft Manor to reminisce about her significant adventures throughout her life. The game is divided into four major missions, each set in different periods of time.
