Illusion of Gaia tells the story of Will, a young boy living in a small village called South Cape. He possesses special abilities derived from training with his father. Though he has no memories of his mother, Will has the unique ability to connect with Ancient Spirits, granting him special powers that allow him to change shape. This power plays a key role in his fight against the evil forces threatening the world. The story begins when Will must leave his village to explore the world and uncover the truth about his powers, as well as the cause behind the fall of ancient civilizations that once thrived. During his journey, he meets companions like Erik (a young man with the power to control a dragon), Lilly (a girl who is Will's friend), and Gordos (a large, strong man who joins the adventure). Each of these characters will help Will in his battles and support him throughout his quest.
