Most newbies have trouble here cuz they don't know they can choose more people than just Ramza. Just use R1 or L1 to scroll through your teammates. For your guys, look for high Braves (65-70), for the ladies, look for high Faith (65-70), get two guys and two girls, make sure one of them is a chemist.
Just fight the squires one on one while keeping the chemist near, have him/her throw a potion at the member who needs it the most, once all 4 squires are killed, the chemist will be easy to take down.
