        Krillin is kind of a meh character. As he levels up, he does not really
get any strong stat bonuses, and he is statistically the weakest character of
them all by the time he gets to Level 99, with low Tech, Recovery and Speed
ratings, Power and Defense that is on par with or less than everyone else, and a
high amount of Luck. From Levels 1 to 29, his Speed increases by 2. After that,
Speed increases only by 1, while Attack, Defense and Luck all increase by 2.

        His Destructo Disk and two Ultimates can both potentially one-shot KO an
enemy. However, the Ultimates take time to set-up as Krillin first needs to get
into Sparking Mode, and they do not work on bosses, so they are overall useless.
