Use the land effect wisely. Some battles have specific kind of grounds that increase or decreases a percentage of attack and defense
For exemple, the grass increases Brian's attack and defense in a 20%. So if Brian has an attack of 16 and a defense of 10, in the grass will be: attack 19 and defense 12. Maybe it doesn't seem to be such a great thing, but the higher the attack/defense, the greater the increment... or the reduction.
Some units will suffer different land effects, specially those strong units like Shishimaru and Dan.
